Kevin Bogle

Kevin Bogle is KPMG LLP’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) Advisory Practice Leader where he leads cross functional teams on go-to-market efforts across key areas such as digital transformation, analytics and AI, performance optimization, cyber and privacy, risk and compliance, transactions and deal strategy, regulatory change, and the future of work. His responsibilities include helping set and enhance KPMG’s TMT strategy, and driving innovation.

Kevin serves as the Global Lead Partner for Alphabet Inc., with over 25 years of experience, delivering comprehensive advisory and transformational services worldwide.

With a remarkable track record in advising senior financial executives, both corporate and private equity clients, Kevin is a recognized expert in navigating complex mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt offerings, sustainability issues, initial public offerings, SPAC transactions, reverse mergers, and technical accounting and reporting challenges. Kevin also excels at crafting and executing robust financial reporting and control policies, ensuring that his clients stay ahead of evolving reporting needs resulting from transactions and/or technology or accounting changes. By enhancing compliance and facilitating strategic decision-making, Kevin consistently empowers his clients to achieve their business objectives.

Kevin is also a current board member of Jobtrain, a 501(c)3 nonprofit education and training institution that is focused on advancing social and economic well-being by opening pathways to quality careers for people of diverse backgrounds throughout Silicon Valley.
