Spencer Bethmann is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Human Capital Advisory practice. Spencer specializes in global HR strategy, operating models and large, complex transformations with HR, payroll and workforce management technology deployments and improvements. He works closely with executives and business stakeholders to transform the way services are delivered to customers by driving better value to the business and enhancing employee experience. Spencer examines each component of the operating model with a focus on experience and outcomes, service delivery and organizational design, looking across people, process and technology, along with the underlying data and governance to ensure an integrated approach and holistic transformation.
