Alison Barr

Alison has provided professional audit services to several publically traded multinational technology companies. She has also provided professional audit services to several privately held start-up companies in the technology industry. Her audit experience ranges from SEC filings, to auditing mergers and acquisitions, to the successful coordination of large global audit accounts. She has a thorough understanding of SEC rules and regulations, U.S. GAAP and PCAOB standards. Alison has extensive experience in the software and software-as-a-service sectors, having served as the lead engagement manager on several large software and software-as-a-service companies

Alison is also a national instructor of audit methodology and accounting technical topics for KPMG partners and professionals. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University and is a licensed CPA in California and New York.
