Rick Arpin
Office Managing Partner, Las Vegas
Rick is a recognized gaming expert, having been in the industry for over 25 years. He has been an auditor and consultant serving the largest gaming companies, as well as spending over 15 years working at a large casino operator and a gaming supplier in finance, operations and strategic capacities. He was integral to the development and opening of T-Mobile Arena and has contributed to the business, university and not-for-profit communities in Las Vegas throughout his career.
Rick joined KPMG in 2020 to lead the Las Vegas office and build the firm’s capabilities and leadership in the gaming industry. He has spoken on numerous occasions and written many articles on a variety of gaming-related subjects and serves on the Gaming Conference Committee (and has been chair of the planning committee three times) for the Nevada Society of CPAs. Rick was born and raised in Las Vegas, graduated from UNLV, and was the 2023 Lee Business School Alumnus of the Year.
