Ericson Amaral

Ericson Amaral has accumulated strong experience in the tax consulting field, having worked on projects for large national and multinational companies as well as institutional investors since 1995. Ericson focuses on advising clients in the areas of tax structuring; tax modeling; cross-border tax planning; IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures (including tax due diligence); and tax efficient supply chain planning. He has a deep knowledge of the main tax variables and structures relevant for private equity and venture capital funds, infrastructure, and pharmaceutical and logistics companies, among others.
Ericson has an MBA degree from University of Toronto, a MSc degree in management from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC), and a BSc degree in economics from Universidade Católica do Salvador (UCSal).
