Ericson is the Head of International and M&A Tax at KPMG in Brazil. ​

Ericson advises KPMG clients on various aspects of corporate taxation, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring transactions, supply chain restructuring, cross-border transactions and significant infrastructure projects. ​

He has worked with large public and privately held multinational companies and institutional investors with inbound operations into Brazil and also multinational companies headquartered in Brazil. These include companies with direct operations or investments across all industries. ​

He is a key member of the Infra team at KPMG Brazil and the former head of tax for infra at KPMG in Brazil. He has carried out projects involving focused, ports, roads, water treatment and supply, energy generation as well as transmission, fiber network infrastructure, etc.
