Director, Dept. of Professional Practice, KPMG Global Delivery Center
Komal is a Director in the KPMG Department of Professional Practice. She is on the teams for leases & long-lived assets, revenue recognition, financial statement presentation and IFRS topics. She is also involved in various SEC comment letters, publications/handbooks, trainings and accounting checklists. In her previous roles, she worked on multiple US GAAP conversions, IPO restatements, facilitating technical accounting trainings to clients and other federations. Komal has also handled practice issues.
Komal has over 13 years of experience in technical accounting advisory and auditing and is a licensed India Chartered Accountant.
