I bring 17+ years of experience in Investment Banking Operations gained in industry as well as in consulting. Prior to joining KPMG, I managed the loan syndications and credit derivative operations at a global Tier 1 bank.

- Engagement Partner at a Top 3 US Broker-dealer leading digitization and cost-take out initiatives for a Global Securities Trading Operations organization; Developed a cost per trade measurement framework which resulted in the identification of 60%+ cost reduction opportunities in a global organization and identified future state KPIs; Developed target operating model for digitized post trade operations and developed KPMG ‘Intelligent Operations’ – a solutions framework focused on digitization of subject matter expert (SME) analytics and workflow leveraging low code technologies; Resulted in 50%+ ROI program with in-year benefit realization.
- Engagement Partner at a Top 5 US Bank supporting a broker-dealer legal entity separation initiative impacting 400+ applications across 50+ markets globally; Team helped establish and lead the Program Management Office, Test Management Office, and the Migration/Release management functions across 20+ workstreams. Developed the integrated test strategy and framework to orchestrate end-to-end testing, designed and deployed web-based tools and dashboards to centralize and single source near real-time program data, metrics, and reporting across the globe, and managed the multi-phased client, markets, and operational migration to the new legal entity.
- Engagement Manager for a custom build Loan Accounting platform program for a national Government Sponsored Entity (GSE). The program mandate driven by regulatory commitments was to consolidate seven legacy finance accounting platforms into a single system catering for improved flexibility and adaptability to changing regulatory and reporting needs. Scope of delivery covered IT Architecture roadmap and design, Test strategy, TMO, Test Execution, and end-to-end project management.
