Jared is an Audit managing director in the Asset Management practice at KPMG. He has more than 20 years of experience providing financial statement audit, audit of internal control, performance improvement advisory, due diligence, and training services.

Jared has provided professional audit services to several large national groups in accordance with AICPA, PCAOB, and U.S. GAAP requirements. He was the manager in charge of the financial statement audits of a large Public Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), multiple large real estate funds and a large health care union comprised of health and welfare, defined benefit and defined contribution.

Jared's audit experience ranges from SEC filings, carve-out financial statements, comfort letters, Sarbanes Oxley compliance testing, financial statement audits, employee benefit reporting, and fair value reporting. He has a thorough understanding of SEC rules and regulations and has been involved in numerous debt and equity offerings.
