As Sales Leader, Julia brings over twenty years of work experience in sales, strategy consulting, marketing, and business development. In her current role, Julia leads the Business Development function for the US Advisory business at KPMG and is responsible for stewarding the sales culture and setting strategic direction for the team.
Julia’s prior experience includes leading large sales organizations focused on delivering software solutions, including Cloud, Analytics and Cognitive Services across Retail and Healthcare clients. As a strategy consultant, Julia focused on helping national retail clients implement new brand strategies and increase sales through understanding and interpreting customer preferences. Julia is passionate about helping clients, improving results and organizational culture, talent development, and bringing together diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
