See how Teva Pharmaceuticals used digitalization to help them improve the lives of their patients
Teva, a global pharmaceutical company, launched a new supply chain strategy that aims to manage and optimize the post-COVID-19 changes and consequences that have affected the pharmaceutical industry.
The company is using three stages to change its supply chain strategy:
KPMG helped the company put in place a new integrated business planning (IBP) process which enhances the connectivity across all business functions that impact the supply chain. It promotes integrated, mutual, and simultaneous planning using real-time data and operating on a single platform.
As a result, the global supply chain, operations, finance, and commercial teams can all come together to advance the pharmaceutical company’s mission of improving the lives of their patients.
KPMG was selected as the leading partner for the implementation of our IBP project. There’s a great team over there, and we’ve established a fantastic way of working together.
