NEW YORK, May 11, 2023 – Jason LaRue has been appointed to the new role of National Managing Partner of Talent and Culture (T&C) at KPMG LLP, U.S. the audit, tax and advisory firm. As part of the organization’s continued evolution, Jason will lead a team responsible for driving T&C operations and programs.
“The introduction of this national managing partner role will enable the T&C team to sharpen its focus on the key objectives of driving integration and enabling a talent strategy for the business that helps to achieve our growth ambitions and support our people,” said Sandy Torchia, Vice Chair – Talent and Culture, KPMG LLP. “During his tenure at KPMG, Jason has made a measurable impact on the firm’s HR operations and I’m confident that his experience and skills are well-suited for this role.”
In his new position, Jason will work closely with other KPMG national managing partners to ensure that all T&C policies, processes, and programs are aligned with the firm’s overall business strategy. Jason will also continue in his current role as leader of the firm’s Total Rewards organization (compensation, performance development, benefits, wellbeing, and partner services) in the near term.

Jason has served in various roles at KPMG including Managing Director of People Strategy and Solutions, Executive Director of Advisory HR and Director of Senior Talent Acquisition. In these roles, he successfully led the firm’s community of HR business and people relations advisors, helped shape the organization’s people strategy and talent processes and ensured the efficient delivery of HR services.
Before joining KPMG, Jason worked as an HR and recruiting professional at both Bank of America and Management Recruiters International. He earned his undergraduate degree in political science and government from Fairfield University.
