Tyson is a Managing Director in the KPMG Deal Advisory & Strategy practice. He is responsible for Supply Chain strategy and operations in support of Corporate, Private Equity (PE), and PE backed portfolio companies.

He has 25+ years in executive leadership and PE operations advisory. Tyson has held multiple executive roles as an interim and permanent leader. He has been in S/VP level roles since 2008 and consistently delivered above market value in procurement transformation, SIOP enablement, working capital improvement, Operational Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) transformation, and cost-side EBITDA improvement. He has knowledge and experience with buy and sell side carve-out transactions, restructuring, and broad performance transformation.

Tyson’s career includes operating roles with Pharma, Biotech, and large CPG companies. He also was an Operating Executive in a premier private equity firm for nearly 5 years where he was accountable for value creation in Supply Chain and Procurement in multiple portfolio companies. He has deep knowledge in Pharma, Biotech, and Medical Devices. He has also worked in Software, CPG, Cosmetics, Green Energy, and High Technology.
