Tim is a seasoned cyber security leader with significant experience leading the world's most influential organizations through cyber security transformation of Industrial Control System (ICS) technology and governance. During Tim's career in critical infrastructure and consulting, he has built a reputation for safeguarding ICS availability while implementing cyber security and governance requirements across various industries.
Tim's operational technology experience includes designing, building, and deploying ICS Defense in Depth (DiD) strategies, identifying ICS process gaps and technical controls, establishing NIST-based governance programs, and leading cyber security teams for plant modernization.
Tim has a master’s degree in Information Assurance and has and maintains multiple cyber security and industry certifications.
