Holger is an Audit partner with KPMG LLP in New York and the Partner in Charge of the U.S. Germany Corridor within KPMG U.S. International Corridors and responsible for coordinating and supporting cross-functional inbound and outbound corridor revenue and business activities related to KPMG Audit, Advisory, and Tax service offerings.

Holger has been with KPMG for over 27 years working in various KPMG offices in the United States and in Germany providing audit and audit-related services related to cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions including cross-border SPAC transactions, IPOs and debt offerings, and related SEC filings and reporting. He also serves as SEC reviewing partner and IFRS reviewing partner at KPMG U.S.
