Lincoln Clark is the leader of the firm’s Global Semiconductor practice and a member of KPMG in the U.S.’ Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice. He has over 30 years of experience providing auditing and accounting services, including as lead audit partner for a significant number of FORTUNE 500 companies. Lincoln has extensive experience working with semiconductor companies on IPOs, debt financings, acquisitions, and equity financing. Lincoln has international experience working in the U.K. and Australia.
