Rowan is a Partner within KPMG’s Adelaide Consulting practice and leads the South Australian Government business for KPMG. Rowan is also the South Australian geographic lead for the People & Change practice. She works with government agencies and universities in policy and strategy development, reform implementation and change management.

Prior to joining KPMG, Rowan worked in the public sector, as well as in research for non-government organisations in Australia and in Europe. Rowan has worked as a public servant for both State and Commonwealth departments and has also worked as an adviser in the Office of the Prime Minister and the Office of the Premier of South Australia.
