Tamara focuses on the people implications of enterprise transformation, including transformational change management, strategic communications, social licence and employee engagement.
A skilled program manager, Tamara specialises in coordinating large teams in complex environments working towards tight timeframes that may have industrial relations implications. She has extensive experience across both financial services and government.
Outside of KPMG, Tamara is a director of St Kilda Mums, a charity that rehomes baby and children’s items to help give others the best start in life.
Tamara joined KPMG in 2007.
