Peter Outridge is a Partner in KPMG’s People & Change Consulting practice. He has deep experience working across the Banking, Insurance, Asset Management and Superannuation sectors to manage the people-related risks inherent in transformational change. He specialises in capability building through Change Management, Organisation Design, Talent Management, and HR Transformation, and is passionate about embracing the opportunities organisations face in the current digital era as they explore the opportunities emerging from disruption.
With KPMG since August 2005, Peter has worked across the Asia Pacific region where he established KPMG’s People & Change Centre of Excellence for Asia, and led the People & Change team for KPMG China. Prior to joining KPMG he worked for a boutique consultancy and another professional services organisation in Australia. He has extensive experience in both the design and implementation of organisational change programs, in a career spanning more than 25 years.
Peter is a member of KPMG’s Global People & Change Leadership team, and is co-Chair of Pride@KPMG.
