Peter is a Partner with more than 24 years’ corporate and international tax experience, focusing on global structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, restructuring and other matters.

Peter has strong experience across KPMG’s international network, having spent time working in the UK and US.  In particular, from 2019 to 2022 Peter worked in New York where he led the Australia-US Corridor with responsibility for our North American relationships on a number of Australian multinational clients. 

Peter was also part of the International Tax Team (“ITT”) in KPMG in the US comprising senior tax partners from foreign member firms that worked with multinational groups on complex cross-border transactions, structuring and planning.
