Brent has more than 20 years’ experience providing tax advisory services to public and private company clients, high net wealth individuals and private groups.
Brent's areas of expertise include:
- investment structures, restructures, mergers and acquisitions and due diligence
- taxation of private companies and trusts
- succession planning
- international tax, and inbound and outbound investment
- capital gains tax.
His experience encompasses the health sector as well as the property, technology, hospitality and tourism, and retail and consumer markets industries.
Brent is a regular speaker on tax matters, and is a former State Chair of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
