Joanne Lupton

Joanne has more than 25 years of corporate finance experience, including the preparation of public expert reports, valuation of shares, businesses and intangible assets, value analysis of business plans and corporate strategies, financial modelling and design of business plans, and the provision of corporate advice for a variety of corporate transactions, including disposals, acquisitions and corporate restructuring.

Joanne has prepared a number of public independent expert reports and independent expert reports for shareholder disputes. She draws on skills from accounting, finance and valuation to deliver robust advice to corporate and government clients for transaction, financial reporting, tax, asset pricing and dispute purposes.
