Through ERM Damion supports the achievement of organisations' strategic goals across a broad range of clients and sectors from financial services, private equity and retail through to not-for-profit (NFP) and Federal Government.
Damion joined KPMG London in 2000 and has worked across Audit, Transaction Services, Information Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management.
Since joining the Australian practice in 2011, he has worked with leading organisations to design and improve their overall risk management and governance frameworks as well as leading a number of internal audit engagements.
Damion is also a member of KPMG’s ERM/GRC global steering committee, responsible for further developing and enhancing KPMG’s Enterprise Risk Management framework and its Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) approach and methodologies.
Damion was admitted to the KPMG Partnership in July 2024.
