He assists businesses, focusing in the growth and development phases, working capital management, ANTA and liquidity management to meet clients' ongoing insurance obligations, exit strategy, whilst taking into consideration asset protection and related entity transactions.

Wayne has performed internal and outsourced CFO roles for home building and construction companies, and his key industry focus is on the property investment and development sector, specialising in home building and construction.
