Lauren is an experienced human services and aged care leader and Associate Director in KPMG’s Policy, Economics and Public Impact practice. Lauren focuses her energy on improving the Health, Ageing and Human Service sectors through her work with the Federal Government in developing and evaluating policy, as well as with aged care providers on large scale transformation projects.
Prior to joining KPMG Lauren was a general manager at member owned wellbeing company and has previously worked extensively across both local and state government driving change across the Health, Ageing and Human Services sectors.
Lauren holds a Masters in Social Work, Grad Dip in Social Science and a Bachelor of Community Welfare; and is an active member of our clinician network within the firm.
As an experienced consultant, Lauren continues to drive quality outcomes for the clients she serves, with a strong focus on operational and business improvement, strategy and governance.
