Chris has developed cost models for a range of government activities such as lifecycle cost models for large assets. This includes the Future Submarine and Ice-Breaker Vessel, ICT assets including the Modernising Health and Aged Care Payments Services program, and cost benefit analysis for Regulation Impact Statements at Home Affairs, Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water.
