Richard Donaldson

Richard is passionate about the risk function of the future. He specialises in risk transformation advisory, risk target operating model design and operationalising environmental, social, and governance (ESG) frameworks for Chief Risk Officers (CROs) and board-level clients.

He has extensive experience with the design, implementation and review of risk management frameworks, with more than 20 years of strategic and regulatory change expertise across multiple geographies in banking & capital markets and consulting roles.

Prior to KPMG Richard worked for an international management consulting firm, providing risk strategy advisory to leading banks and insurers, and a major investment bank in Singapore where he led global group-wide risk, strategic and regulatory change programs.
