Keith is a Director in the Private Clients & Family Business practice and a trusted adviser to privately held businesses and family enterprises.
He works with multi-generation families going through succession on the development of appropriate governance models and how they think through the transition of ownership of family capital.
Keith is a contributing editor to the International Family Office Journal and co-author of the Guide to Setting Up a Family Office published by Globe Law and Business out of London.
Keith is the responsible person on several private ancillary funds and the member of several family investment committees and family councils.
