Lori B Greer

Sr Associate Advisory, C&O Health & Government

A Florida native, Lori discovered her passion for both healthcare and operations after attending college in Virginia and Minnesota. After starting her supply chain career at a large hospital in Nashville, she became focused on using her skills and problem solving abilities to enhance the ever growing hardships faced with cost management in healthcare. She has spent the last 9 years at Healthtrust improving her knowledge in the GPO space, consulting with other hospital IDN’s, and managing an implementation team within IT&S.

Pre-COVID, Lori’s favorite activities included going to concerts, traveling to new cities with her kids, attending football and hockey games, and trying new breweries with friends. These days she’s more than likely being her kid’s personal Uber driver to one of their many activities, hosting a family function, or crushing a game of Yahtzee at home.

Professional and industry experience

Responsible for facility operations for 185 hospitals; managed a team of 15 + employees, consulted with outside hospital IDN's, implemented Point of Use solutions integrating with multiple EHR systems.
