The Internal Revenue Bulletin 2024-30 (dated July 22, 2024) includes Notice 2024-58 which announces that under section 613A(c)(6)(C), the applicable percentage for purposes of determining percentage depletion for oil and gas produced from marginal properties for calendar year 2024 is 15%.
