Deadline for submission of data to register of beneficial owners for a company, is extended until 30 of September 30 2024
The Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property announced that the deadline for the submission of data to the register of beneficial owners for a company (or other legal entity) that was incorporated or registered before 14 of August 1974 and had its registered office or place of business or its entire property in an occupied or inaccessible area and has not been active since then in the free areas, and which falls into the category of companies as defined in article 391A of the Companies Law Cap.113 and in Note 2 of Law 149(I)/1999 Special Provision, is extended until 30 of September 30 2024 due to the special nature of these companies.
