Our sessions will include:

Economic update – Yelena Maleyev, KPMG economist, will share insights into key macroeconomic trends and views on our economic outlook.

Tax policy in divided Washington – John Gimigliano, KPMG principal in charge of the Federal Legislative & Regulatory Services group of Washington National Tax, will discuss how a divided Washington might approach the tax agenda in the coming year.

Financial reporting trends – KPMG real estate assurance professionals will present an executive summary of salient financial reporting updates impacting the real estate industry. This will be followed by a participant panel of industry professionals to further discuss hot topics, financial reporting, and ESG trends.

Real estate trends – Greg Williams, national leader of KPMG Building, Construction & Real Estate group, will provide insights on the US real estate industry, including the impact of foreign capital on markets and transactions.
