In October 2023, KPMG LLP appointed Steve Chase as its new vice chair of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation, and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Formerly the head of the US Consulting practice at KPMG, Chase’s mandate is to “set a firmwide innovation agenda that will enhance how we serve clients, transform our operations, and create exciting career opportunities for our people—while ensuring we have the right safeguards in place to maintain the trust of our stakeholders,” in the words of Chair and CEO Paul Knopp.
