Praveen leads the Planning & Infrastructure Economics team within KPMG's Infrastructure, Assets & Places division. He has extensive experience advising clients on strategic urban and regional planning, infrastructure planning, demand forecasting, transport economics and business case development.

Praveen has advised on major transport projects such as EastLink, East-West Link, Metro Tunnel Project, WestConnex and the North East Link. He is currently advising on the Melbourne Airport Rail Link and the Suburban Rail Loop.

He has also authored number of journal articles and thought leadership reports on range of topics including transport technology and its impact on societal wellbeing and urban renewal impacts.

Praveen led the development of Australia’s first agent and activity based transport model (the KPMG Melbourne Activity and Agent Based Model) and has used this to advise on the transport impact and infrastructure requirements of the Autonomous and Zero emission vehicles, transport network pricing reform as well as social equity impacts of transport policies and projects.
