Kylee is a partner in the Commercial Advisory & Transactions team within KPMG’s Infrastructure, Assets & Places division. With more than 20 years of experience working at the intersection of government, community and the private sector, Kylee has developed deep strategic and commercial expertise in delivering large-scale, city-shaping infrastructure programs.
Specialising in Placemaking and Social Infrastructure, Kylee brings her passion and unique capability of strategy and commercial expertise and authentic leadership to deliver strategic plans, business cases, commercial frameworks and documentation, governance structures, procurement strategies and processes, market soundings and stakeholder engagement. As an experienced strategic thinker, Kylee also works with senior decision-makers to break down complex infrastructure and place issues and identify pathways to achieve tangible outcomes.
Kylee joined KPMG in 2022 after holding several senior roles in the infrastructure advisory market in Australia and the US. She also spent time working in government and financial services before transitioning into advisory.
