Toni Wattenhofer has extensive experience in auditing of listed and privately held industrial groups under IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER. He is specialized in IT-led audits using modern data & analytics tools to support the financial audit and applying innovative solutions driving efficient and effective audits. Toni has been involved in capital market transactions such as IPO’s and financing transactions. In addition, he has a sound experience in auditing and consulting clients in acquisitions, restructurings as well as valuation projects. As a local lead partner Toni is also the key contact for all issues of his customers in the region Central Switzerland.
