    Ulrich Prien is the Head of the Real Estate Advisory at KPMG. His main activities include strategy and organization advisory, management of real estate transactions and due diligence processes as well as enterprise and real estate valuations. In addition, Ulrich Prien is in charge of international real estate investments and cross-border transactions. In his role as Advisory Liaison Partner for the southern part of Switzerland, he forms the central point of contact for the multidisciplinary service offerings of our Advisory practice.

    1. Education and Qualifications
      Master Degree in Architecture, ETHZ, MAS in Management, Technology and Economics, ETHZ, Property surveyor with Federal Certificate, Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA)
    2. Accreditations
      Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Member of the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA), FINMA accredited valuation expert, Member Swiss Financial Analyst Association (SFAA)
