Leeanne O’Callaghan

Leeanne is a UK qualified actuary with more than 10 years of advising Swiss and international clients on pensions and other long term employee benefit arrangements. She focuses on international accounting (under IFRS and US GAAP) for employee benefits and corporate transactions for multi-national organisations. Leeanne joined KPMG AG’s International Pensions Team in 2016 and previously worked for a well-known actuarial consulting firm.

She provides specialist pensions support on a range of projects including: due diligence ahead of commercial transactions, actuarial valuations under IFRS and US GAAP for Swiss, UK and Middle Eastern companies and the consolidation of IFRS accounting entries for multinationals.

Her transaction support includes significant sell-side and buy-side experience, both directly and as coordinator of KPMG’s global resources. Her clients include large European corporates and significant global financial investors.

Leeanne has also supported companies in benefit design and re-design exercises and has a deep understanding of financing risks associated with pension benefits and how these can be managed.

She is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (UK).
