Urs is a Director in our Deal Advisory practice, focusing on Diligence Services in the context of M&A transactions.
With more than 20 years at KPMG, Urs has gained broad transaction experience by executing and leading both cross-border and domestic engagements for his clients. This includes buy-side and sell-side due diligence, vendor assistance, carve-out, completion accounts, and SPA support projects.
His expertise lies in the financial aspects of due diligence, complemented by knowledge in other disciplines gained from working in fully integrated transaction teams. His primary focus is on consumer goods and industrial markets, media, and healthcare.
Prior to joining Deal Advisory, Urs worked in the Audit practice of KPMG Switzerland, serving both Swiss and international clients across several industry sectors.
