Peter works in the Office of General Counsel of KPMG Switzerland.
From 1999 to 2012, he worked for KPMG Legal as an Attorney-at-Law and advised Swiss and foreign corporate clients on almost all aspects of business law. Specific engagements have included leasing, mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, company law and contract law. In 2002/2003, he spent a one-year assignment with the corporate and commercial group of the Sydney office of KPMG Legal Australia. Between October 2012 and March 2026 he was General Counsel of KPMG Switzerland.
