Chams has more than 14 years of experience assisting local HR and heads of Compensation & Benefits with any issue relating to their international executives and senior management. Her expertise includes all aspects of mobility and international personal tax compliance.
She also has extensive local experience in dealing with the Swiss authorities on a wide range of complex tax, social security and reward issues.
She manages a large number of international assignees in the banking sector, as well as in the consumer goods industry.
Since 2018, she has developed solid technical skills to serve the not-for-profit clients, mainly in the Cantons of Geneva and Vaud.
Chams ’s experience includes Swiss and international taxes (compliance and advisory side), international expatriate policies, deferred compensation, social security and pension fund issues but also the day-to-day relationship with top executives and local HR.
