Florian leads our Swiss Deal Advisory Strategy Group team, which is part of KPMG’s Global Strategy Group (GSG). GSG supports companies in the development of strategic courses of action up to the successful implementation of holistic transformations, organic growth paths, M&A strategies as well as necessary operational changes.

Florian has been working with C-level executives for 10+ years, both in consulting and in industry. He supports clients in both the design and execution of strategy projects, primarily in the context of M&A transactions and joint ventures (e.g. commercial due diligence, integration/separation, ESG due diligence), as well as in the context of growth plans and operational value creation engagements.

Prior to joining KPMG in Zurich, Florian worked for several years for a well-known industrial company in China, where he led a strategic marketing team. He is fluent in German, English and Chinese (Mandarin).
