In our experienced departments of Indirect Tax and Global Transfer Pricing Services, we combine the joy of creating added value every day with a passion for international tax strategies.

We support our clients in positioning themselves as effectively as possible in the international finance and tax world. Various inquiries with direct and indirect tax implications are analyzed and resolved by our teams, whether it's optimizing transfer pricing, addressing indirect tax issues related to global trade and customs, or evaluating the impact of new technological solutions or a meaningful ESG strategy. Thanks to the Graduate Program, you have the unique opportunity in the first 12 months to dive into these different areas and discover where you can best leverage your strengths.

Range of tasks

With the Transfer Pricing and Indirect Tax Teams you will be tackling the following tasks:

  • Analyze business models, assess the consistency of value creation and profit allocation, and assist our clients in preparing transfer pricing documentation as well as the economic analysis of intercompany transactions directly at our clients' locations.

  • Advise national and international companies on a wide range of indirect tax aspects, such as supply chain optimizations and financial and operational restructuring.

  • Develop transfer pricing models for international companies, support their implementation, collaborate on international restructuring projects, and design efficient value chains.

  • Support our clients in implementing new technological tools, such as configuring ERP systems and redesigning VAT processes.

  • Create valuation and financial models and assist our international clients in mutual agreement procedures related to transfer pricing matters, ensuring comprehensive advice.

  • Analyze existing processes, challenge the status quo, and prepare submissions for tax authorities to support our clients in the areas of indirect tax compliance, tax accounting, and the transformation of tax functions.

  • Work closely with teams from other internal departments and international colleagues and communicate directly with clients and tax authorities to ensure comprehensive consulting.
