      Onboarding at KPMG

Once you have received your offer, you will be in regular contact with your team and with HR to make sure you feel prepared for your first day.

Your KPMG journey starts with a Welcome Day. This engaging, interactive day at our Zurich office begins with a welcome speech from a member of the Executive Committee. Throughout the day, you will be able to learn more about KPMG’s market strategies and innovative client offerings. You will take part in a team-building activity and enjoy a networking lunch to connect with other new-to-KPMG colleagues.

Over the next few days and weeks, online and in-person onboarding training sessions will help you get up to speed with your team and in your new role as quickly as possible.

Finally, after your first few weeks, you will be able to provide feedback about your experience.
