The federal government has deferred certain filing and tax payment dates and clarified how businesses and individuals must file certain tax returns and forms for certain outstanding and cancelled tax proposals.

  • Deferral of income tax payments and goods and services tax / harmonized sales tax (GST/HST) remittances
  • Cancellation of the capital gains inclusion rate increase and filing deadline relief
