The Luxembourg indirect tax authority has launched new online procedures for filing subscription tax returns for undertakings for collective investment (UCI), specialized investment funds (SIF), and reserved alternative investment funds (RAIF) on “MyGuichet.lu.”

A two-year transition period until August 2026 allows both old and new systems to operate in parallel. The new procedures aim to simplify management and control of subscription tax returns, with key updates including explanatory notes, automatic currency conversion, provisional returns, updated CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier) number formats, and a summary page.
