The National Agency for Fiscal Administration on 12 February 2024 issued a press release advising reporting financial institutions to report annual data for FATCA and common reporting standard (CRS) to the national agency by 15 May 2024.

Financial institutions can refer to the agency’s portal for guides and “frequently asked questions” (FAQs) related to FATCA and CRS, and the list of reportable jurisdictions for identifying reportable accounts held by non-residents for the purpose of CRS.

Additionally, the press release notes that control measures will be implemented to provide compliance with reporting deadlines and accuracy of information submitted via Form F3000.
