Episode 05-2024 | The massive Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA), and the process in enacting it, was contemporaneously and subsequently referred to as tax reform. Build Back Better (BBB), of similar scale and ambition was not. Why one and not the other? And does this tell us anything about the coming legislative process of 2025?
