Cindy Yu

Cindy Yu is a Director with the Major Project Advisory practice at KPMG and has over 15 years of experience in planning, managing and executing asset intensive projects. Her professional experience as a management consultant includes governance development, program/portfolio management, project controls, project technology implementation and digital transformation of large, complex projects. She advises clients on their digital transformation strategy by selecting and implementing project systems, recommending emerging technologies, including Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), drones, virtual/augmented reality, sensors, wearables, machine learning, etc. 

Cindy helps clients achieve their business goals and disrupt their industry by identifying technology solutions that change how organizations operate and how they deliver products and services to their customers. Leveraging her skills in governance, program/project management, and project controls, Cindy has helped organizations deliver their projects more efficiently by advising and supporting her clients with the assessment, implementation, and deployment of digital technologies across their capital portfolio.

Cindy is a licensed civil engineer (P.E.) and has a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. Her capital project experience includes clients in the following sectors: engineering & construction, oil & gas, utilities, manufacturing, and healthcare.
