Mike is a Managing Director in KPMG’s CIO Advisory practice in Baltimore. He is also the lead of the firm’s Modern Delivery capability, which brings together DevOps, Agile, cloud transformation, microservices strategy, agile budgeting, product/agile organization design, and product management alongside the firm’s capabilities in design thinking, cloud native development, cyber, risk, audit, and People and Change.
He has more than 19 years of experience in creating digital products and building the teams to design, build, and support them. His focus is on bringing digital transformation to clients as they evolve from having a digital strategy to doing business in a digital world. As a technologist, he believes in humanizing digital products, and focusing on the human elements of DevOps and Agile by combining the right technology at the right time, with the right scale.
Mike joined KPMG as part of its acquisition of Cynergy Systems, a digital mobility company. Before Cynergy, he held several senior technology and web application developer roles.
