Lauren’s expertise sits at the nexus of infrastructure, real estate, and economic development, and she brings a detailed understanding of a spectrum of delivery options, including public-private partnerships and alternative project delivery. She has advised clients on over $2 billion in affordable and workforce housing, transit-oriented development, and real estate projects.
